On a Trip to Somewhere
Sitting at my computer in my living room I have to admit I need a job. Goddamn it, more like a hobby. In this particular point in my life I'm standing on the axis between how I see things and what they really are. Being stuck is never a good feeling whatsoever.
Television isn't needed when you have a firestick. Besides, black cinema works my last nerve. For every Black Panther and Creed there's always a Superfly or a Pimp (2018) that would follow suit. Insecure and Love & Hip-Hop aren't any better (to say the least).
Turning on the news is like watching St. Jude commercials non-stop. Our government is going through the longest shutdown in history thanks to a non-existent wall. Meanwhile working class citizens are going through desperate measures to keep their heads above water. Both sides of Washington's establishment have their own agenda's in mind.
Waking up in the morning always feels like hell on earth. Placed in a situation that's not fit out for me I often struggle with being a bystander. Mrs. Right is nowhere to be found, so literature is always filling a void. My taste in art has grown a bit as well.
By the looks of it I need to take a trip. Where? I don't have a clue. All I know is it will be somewhere other than where I'm at currently.
